Sigh.

Another week, so much to do.

Health is a concern. I'm going to double up my efforts to get less unwell.

Goals this week:
1. Yoga every weekday morning
2. Stairs whenever possible (no elevator, fatty!)
3. Meditation every night. No sleeping through it.

Hopefully it will be a good week. I'm a bit mopey but I can shake it. I always do.

Last night was perfectly lovely (despite the blazing inferno that is Arizona right now).
Went to Cheesecake Factory with a long time friend, Nats.
Pigged out like a mofo.

Christening a New Blog

So hello. Today I start a new blog.
I've blogged for years now. I love it. Keeps me sane. Suspect you can relate.

I have another blog but it can be angst-y.  I have a bad day, I blog.
Which is good, but, well...why am I starting this blog anyway.

Because you have a cool interface. WAY COOL.

That's why.

But I also aim to record my journeys.

Because I'm pretty much in a rut. I need to dislodge myself from the routine.

Bored. 

Time to stir things up!
