Another week, so much to do.
Health is a concern. I'm going to double up my efforts to get less unwell.
Goals this week:
1. Yoga every weekday morning
2. Stairs whenever possible (no elevator, fatty!)
3. Meditation every night. No sleeping through it.
Hopefully it will be a good week. I'm a bit mopey but I can shake it. I always do.
